Meditation Workshop - Inner Serenity, Clarity, & Insight

In this workshop we will continue to explore and clarify the basics of good practice in meditation. We will revisit posture and try a mindfulness of body practice. We will review typical obstacles to inner tranquility, clarity, and insight, as well as how to overcome them. We will review the meaning of "insight" and how to foster it.
The format will be experiential, with plenty of time for test driving and clearing up questions. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
Location: 5115 North Ravenswood, 2nd Floor (Just south of Foster, east of Damen)
Date: Saturday, January 3rd, 2015
Time: Arrive and set up at 12:30 pm. Workshop starts promptly at 1 pm.
Please bring mats or cushions. Chairs will be provided for those unable to sit on the floor.
Space is limited. To attend you must register through Eventbrite. The registration fee is $15 to cover expenses.
